Join us as a Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist and become a vital driver of technological excellence within patient safety and pharmacovigilance operations. In this dynamic role, you will lead the adoption of cutting-edge safety systems, support their implementation, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver impactful improvements across our safety systems portfolio. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance healthcare safety and have a knack for managing complex system projects, this opportunity is designed for you.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience supporting safety systems with a broad understanding of pharmacovigilance practices
  • Strong knowledge of computer system validation processes, including URS, data flow, data integrity risk assessments, and UAT testing
  • Ability to operate independently, set priorities, resolve issues, and make effective decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, from management to technical teams
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to define problems and investigate innovative solutions

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with safety database management, signal detection & management systems, literature screening databases, and process automation tools
  • Proven success in pilot projects, process optimization, and change management activities
  • Familiarity with IT validation standards and troubleshooting incident investigations

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Relevant degree in life sciences, IT, or related field preferred
