We're looking for a Sage Intacct Consultant to join our growing Consulting team. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, working closely with customers and delivering high-quality ERP solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with customers to design, configure and implement Sage Intacct solutions that meet their business needs, while providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll:
- Scope, configure, test and deliver Sage Intacct solutions across a range of customer projects.
- Produce clear, high-quality project documentation, including Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Deliver customer workshops, training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support customers through go-live and early post-implementation activities.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Customer Success and Support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Continue developing your Sage Intacct knowledge and certifications as you grow within the role.

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience implementing or supporting Sage Intacct or another cloud ERP/financial management platform.
- A strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing solutions and delivering customer training.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
