About the Job

At Percipient, we don't just implement Sage Intacct. We help organisations transform the way they manage finance through expert consultancy, innovative solutions and long-term partnerships.

We're looking for a Sage Intacct Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team.

If you're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, keeping complex implementations on track and building strong relationships with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll take ownership of Sage Intacct implementation projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, working closely with customers, consultants, and technology partners to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the day-to-day operational lead for your projects, taking responsibility from project handover through to go-live and transition into Support.

You will:

  • Manage Sage Intacct implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered to agreed timescales, scope and budget.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project teams, resources and schedules to keep delivery moving effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project plans, documentation and governance in line with Percipient's Quality Assurance standards.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, resource bookings, timesheets and invoicing profiles.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and resourcing constraints.
  • Manage changes to project scope through the agreed change control process.
  • Work closely with Sage Intacct Consultants, Support teams and other internal colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate delivery with third-party technology partners, including Marketplace Partners (MPPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed through clear, timely and effective communication.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role combines customer relationship management with the commercial and operational disciplines needed to deliver successful ERP implementations.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership, while also being a strong communicator who can bring customers and project teams together.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing ERP or IT systems implementation projects, ideally Sage Intacct or a similar accounting SaaS solution.
  • A solid foundation in Project Management and experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
  • A methodical approach and experience working within a structured implementation methodology.
  • Strong project planning, resource scheduling and organisational skills.
  • A good understanding of project budgeting, estimating and commercial management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • The confidence to manage priorities independently, make decisions within agreed scope and escalate risks when needed.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate, coordinate and support project teams.
  • Experience using project planning tools such as MS Project, Visio or similar.

An industry-recognised Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent, would be advantageous, but equivalent experience is equally welcome.
