As part of our award-winning Sage Software support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and email. You will thus need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first-class customer service.
You will be supporting customers with Sage 200, answering questions, solving day-to-day issues, and learning from experienced colleagues along the way. You will be fully supported with training, mentoring, and coaching, so you will never be alone as you learn your craft with us.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
