Sage X3 Finance Consultant
Fully remote
£65,000 - £80,000
An established UK-based ERP solutions provider is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Finance professional to join its growing team during a period of expansion and innovation. The organisation specialises in delivering enterprise solutions across Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and proprietary cloud-based automation tools, with a strong focus on emerging technologies such as Sage Cloud and AI-enabled systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, business-critical projects, take ownership of implementations, and contribute to the evolution of delivery practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle while helping shape best practices and future strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse customer requirements, recommending improvements to financial and business processes.
- Configure ERP solutions and translate business needs into effective system designs.
- Manage testing, data validation, deployment activities and implementation deliverables.
- Act as the main customer contact, providing guidance, training and support throughout projects.
- Deliver post-go-live optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
Person Specification
- Must have experience implementing Sage X3.
- Strong experience with the Sage X3 Finance module, including knowledge of general finance functions (AP/AR/GL/banking/VAT/Month-end/reporting)
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, reporting, data management and business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and customer-focused, with a commitment to quality and continuous learning.
