Summary
SailGP is seeking a full-time Partnerships Executive to join the partnership team, reporting into the Senior Partnerships Manager to be based centrally in London. This role will provide best-in-class day-to-day relationship management and delivery of a variety of SailGP Partners and Suppliers, serving as the key point of contact for partnership delivery for assigned partners and suppliers. The partnerships Executive will also play an integral role in the support of the wider partnerships function to ensure industry-leading servicing to SailGP Partners.
The successful candidate will provide excellent partnership management, executing rights delivery, managing at-event hospitality and experiences, developing activation plans and maintaining exemplary reporting to demonstrate the ROI and delivery against objectives.
This position requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Partnerships Manager, working collaboratively with the entire SailGP Partnerships team.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned SailGP partners and suppliers, managing relationships, communications, meetings, requests, and delivery timelines.
- Translate contractual rights, partner objectives, and regional requirements into clear delivery and activation plans.
- Coordinate the cross-functional delivery of partnership rights and benefits, ensuring all requirements, approvals, and deliverables are completed to a high standard and in line with contractual obligations including partner branding, activations, hospitality, guest programs, and other contracted event requirements.
- Manage hospitality and experience programs at SailGP events, including hosting partners on and off-event.
- Maintain accurate partnership plans and trackers, providing clear visibility of responsibilities, deadlines, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions.
- Prepare and deliver reporting for assigned partners, including consistent status updates, KPI reporting, post-event reporting, case studies, and milestone reporting at key season intervals (mid / end of season).
- Maintain the master rights and benefits matrix for SailGP partners alongside Partnership Coordinator - tracking partnership assets and deliverables through ongoing reporting and reconciliation.
- Support the wider partnership function by the provision of reporting data for partner reporting, updating relevant planning documentation, and processes for optimum team efficiency and performance.
- Other duties as reasonably required by SailGP to ensure the success and expansion of the technology partnership portfolio and in support of the wider partnerships function.

Background Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rights holder or sports agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing partnerships in a sports environment.
- Good understanding of partnership rights delivery, activation planning, and event execution.
- Experience interpreting contractual obligations and translating them into practical delivery plans.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior internal and external contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, events, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project-management, organizational, and time-management capability.
- High attention to detail and confidence in maintaining delivery trackers, reporting documents, and action plans.
- Strong written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Location
Based in the UK with a requirement of at least 3 days per week in the London office. Travel to SailGP events expected - approximately 50% of SailGP events.
