SailPoint Architect Opportunity
Excellent opportunity for SailPoint Architect to be part of our Security services practice. Cognizant Security services practice – Provides services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services.
Role requires 3 days working from office.
Responsibilities
- Lead Identity Governance and Administration initiatives across Asset & Wealth Management platforms.
- Migrate SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) environments to support enterprise identity lifecycle management.
- Drive onboarding and governance of applications, directories, cloud platforms, and business-critical systems into SailPoint ISC.
- Define and implement access governance processes including access requests, approvals, Transformations, Identity rules, connector rules, certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and privileged access controls.
- Collaborate with business, security, compliance, and technology teams to ensure secure access to sensitive client and financial data.
- Design and optimize identity lifecycle workflows including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
- Establish role management, access models, entitlement governance, and policy-based controls.
- Lead remediation activities related to audit findings, compliance gaps, and identity-related risks.
- Provide governance oversight for identity integrations, connectors, provisioning workflows, and access certification campaigns.
- Support regulatory compliance requirements including SOX, SEC, FINRA, GDPR, and internal security policies.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, reporting, search queries and service maturity initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on SailPoint best practices, architecture, and implementation standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to define IAM roadmaps, governance standards, and strategic identity initiatives.
- Support production operations, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement efforts.
