About Position and details:
Role: SailPoint IIQ Application Lead
Location: Harbour Exchange Square, London
Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 5 to 15 years
Job Type: Permanent role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a profile who has minimum 4 years hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and 3 to 5 years’ hands-on APPLICATION ONBOARDING WITH DEVELOPER experience in SailPoint.
THIS PERSON WILL LEAD A TEAM FOR APPLICATION ONBOARDING INTO SAILPOINT IIQ.

MUST HAVE:
- Experience in leading a team, coordinating work, guiding their reports.
- Proficient in speaking confidently, concisely and effectively to all levels of management/stakeholders.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience in application onboarding (SailPoint IIQ)
- Experience with creating and supporting/improving existing JML custom workflows for SailPoint IIQ automation plus any other SailPoint requirement as per requirement.
- This role will provide a thorough experience in SailPoint IIQ design, testing, implementation and support.
- This role will provide an opportunity to enhance their overall skills in development and operations in Identity & Access management domain which is a niche skill in the IT industry in a small company that has a large footprint.
Required Developer experience:
- Preferably from a consultancy background - hence should have worked for international client projects
- Strong developer experience in SailPoint IIQ
- Hold official SailPoint IIQ Engineer and Architect qualifications.
- Provided operation support to live solutions
- Ability to build and configure the SailPoint IIQ product
- Ability to create customized workflows as per requirement from scratch
- Ability to create customized JML workflows as per requirement from scratch
- Ability to meet all milestones in time
- Ability to work effectively with team
- Team training on advanced topics where necessary providing clear documentation
- Implementing all types of connectors, designing workflows where necessary.
- Strong knowledge/experience on RBAC design and implementation
- Solid experience in onboarding a new authoritative source (Oracle HR system) into SailPoint
Required Operational Experience:
- Expected to help with operations in times where development work is not required.
- Customer point of contact for any SailPoint issues.
- Responsible for handling all troubleshooting issues
- Responsible to handle P1 & P2 issues.
- Responsible for new application integration.
- For project work, working to stakeholder agreed timelines using RAG indicators.
- SailPoint Clean-ups
- Experience of Change / Release Management within enterprise environments.
- Mature understanding of SailPoint connector framework including OOTB connector and custom connector development based on the framework - good experience with:
- AD connector
- ServiceNow connector
- SCIM/Webservices connector
- Hybrid connectors (two or more in one integration)
- Good understanding of onboarding SASS applications and challenges.
- Experience with scripting.
- Security and risk mindset
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and post-mortem on escalations related to access management topics
- Experience with (MSSQL, MySQL)
- Experience on certification campaigns
- Good understanding of IAM governance and best practices in accordance with company security policy
- Ability to converse with Audit.
- Ability to converse with Stakeholders
- Ability to represent IAM team in meetings
- Reporting from SailPoint IIQ
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Team player
- Good documenter
- High English level (spoken and written)
- Disaster Recovery experience
