About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow Engineer to join a high-impact identity and access management (IAM) programme. Youβll play a pivotal role in the design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow solutions across multiple environments.
This is a customer-facing and consultative hands-on engineering role requiring deep technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering SailPoint ISC implementations, including complex workflows, integrations, and lifecycle event handling.

- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow, including connector configuration, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Design and implement custom workflows, rules, and policies to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, access reviews, and identity synchronization.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices for SailPoint IdentityNow architecture and deployment.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ISC / IdentityNow features: workflows, rules, connectors (e.g., AD, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow), and certifications.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and scripting for custom development and integration.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- SailPoint ISC certifications (e.g., IdentityNow / ISC Certified Engineer etc).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
- Background in security architecture or broader IAM strategy.
