Location: Wadhurst, East Sussex

Contract Type: Permanent

Sessions: 6 Sessions (Two Vacancies Available)

Salary: Up to £12,200.50 per session, depending on additional responsibilities

About The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice in Wadhurst.

The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care, with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
  • Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
  • Develop personalised treatment and management plans
  • Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
  • Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • MRCGP qualified
  • Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
  • Inclusion on the GMC GP Register
  • Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)
  • Independent Prescriber
  • UK based
  • Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills

Desirable

  • Experience using SystmOne
  • Interest in collaborative multidisciplinary working
  • Desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
