About The Role

We are seeking one or two Salaried GPs to join an established and supportive GP practice in West Sussex from October 2026.

This is a permanent opportunity within a large multidisciplinary primary care team, offering 15-minute appointments and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, ANPs and wider practice staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
  • Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
  • Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
  • Develop appropriate treatment and management plans
  • Refer patients to secondary and community services where required
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Qualified General Practitioner
  • Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
  • Independent Prescriber
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary primary care team

The practice uses SystmOne, with standard GP appointments lasting 15 minutes. Working hours start from 08:00 and can run until 18:30 when covering duty.
