Saffron Health Partnership is seeking a Salaried GP.
Salary: Negotiable
Contract: Fixed Term 1 year
Working Pattern: Minimum of 4 clinical sessions per week
About Us
Saffron Health Partnership is a long-established practice with approximately 22,000 patients. Our team comprises of 7 GP Partners supported by 55 clinical and non-clinical staff.
Together we serve patients across Biggleswade, Sandy, Langford and the surrounding areas.
The practice is also a member of Sandhills Primary Care Network with which it has a positive and collaborative working relationship.
Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP on a 1-year fixed term contract to join our friendly, committed and hard-working team.
The Salaried GP role is an important part of the practice’s multidisciplinary clinical team, as well as the wider staff team. The clinical team is currently composed of 7 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, and Advanced Clinical Practitioner, a Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Care Practitioners (Paramedics), Practice Nurses, HCAs, a Phlebotomist and Pharmacy Technicians.

Working alongside the practice clinicians are clinicians from Sandhills Primary Care Network. These include Pharmacists, an additional Pharmacy Technician, First Contact Practitioners, a Care Co-ordinator, a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an additional GP.
Main Duties
- To support 7 GP Partners in managing a busy and interesting clinical caseload.
- The appointee will have the opportunity to take part or lead on key disease areas, including monitoring trends in treatment, staff training and prescribing.
- There will also be opportunities to assist in developing appropriate healthcare services and health promotion campaigns.
- We are a GMS practice.
