Job Opening for Salaried GP at NPC Cramlington and NPC Elsdon Avenue

NPC Cramlington and NPC Elsdon Avenue are a friendly, well-established GP practice looking to recruit a Salaried GP for 7 sessions per week to join our supportive and collaborative teams.

We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community and take pride in the strong relationships we have built with our patients.

  • Patient feedback is consistently excellent, and we are proud to have been rated among the top seven outstanding GP practices in Northumberland.

As part of a wider NPC organisation, we benefit from shared resources and support that enhance both staff experience and patient care. We serve a population of just over 5,500 for Cramlington patients and 4372 patients. We work closely with neighbouring practice NPC Northumbria Way to deliver joined-up care. We have a strong interest in teaching GP registrars and students and warmly welcome GPs with special interests. Our surgeries are passionate about making a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of our community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
