Salaried GP Opportunities | Redditch | 4 or 6 Sessions

Are you looking for a supportive, well-established practice that values work-life balance and provides genuine flexibility? We are working with a highly regarded GP practice in Redditch that is looking to recruit two Salaried GPs to join their friendly and experienced clinical team.

Available Positions

  • 1 x 6-session Salaried GP
  • 1 x 4-session Salaried GP

Salary £10,200 - £12,700 per session, depending on experience. Newly qualified GPs are welcomed, with salaries starting at the lower end of the scale.

Workload

  • 14 appointments in the morning and 13 in the afternoon
  • 15-minute appointments for both face-to-face and telephone consultations
  • The first three afternoon appointments are 10-minute telephone results calls
  • One home visit per day allocated to the Duty GP, although this is not always required
  • AI triage system due to be introduced, helping direct patients to the most appropriate clinician

Duty & Administration

  • 6-session GP would typically undertake one Duty GP day per week (maximum of 15 appointment slots)
  • New starters are supported and not expected to undertake Duty sessions until they are fully settled into the practice
  • Admin workload is monitored, audited and kept to a manageable level for Salaried GPs
