An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join Park Lane Surgery on a permanent basis for 6 sessions. MDDUS indemnity is fully funded by the practice.
We are a well-established, forward-thinking practice in Hertfordshire, caring for approximately 10,200 patients. Our clinical team comprises 5 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 1 Healthcare Assistant. Through our active Primary Care Network (PCN), we also benefit from the support of Pharmacists, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Community Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors.

This role would suit a forward-thinking GP seeking to become part of a close-knit, approachable and supportive team. We prioritise clinician wellbeing through equitable workload distribution, daily informal catchups over coffee and regular multidisciplinary clinical meetings with our allied healthcare colleagues.
