Opportunity for a GP to join our ever-expanding team of Clinicians!
Contract – Permanent
Hours – Full-time
Location – Urgent Treatment Centre, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Armthorpe Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN2 5LT
Salary – £49.18 – £55.78 per hour depending on experience
Golden hello £2500 offered paid in instalments over first 6 months pro rata
Main duties of the role
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professional and administrative colleagues, working in a range of Planned and Urgent Care services within Doncaster, with the flexibility to be available across different sites, and providing remote support if the need arises. You will provide consultations and appropriate clinical management of patients attending with injury and illness to services, either face to face or virtually. As well as broad clinical practice within supportive, dynamic teams, the post includes regular dedicated time for Continuing Professional Development and study leave.

The Post Holder Also Has Additional Responsibilities
- The role will provide additional mentorship and support to new and evolving roles in our clinical workforce and to clinical trainees of all professions.
- The role will contribute to the Clinical Governance agenda within the specified location/Business Unit.
- The role will contribute to clinical innovation across the organisation, including development of the current UTC service at Doncaster, in line with the NHS long term plan and UTC model.
- The role will contribute to clinical digital developments and integration across the organisation.
- The role will play a pivotal part in developing partnerships with relevant stakeholder organisations ensuring effective care pathways.
