We are thrilled to announce that, due to an increasing list size, we have a rare opening to join our highly sought-after, multi-award-winning team at The Maltings Surgery. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to excellence and growth, serving 19,700 patients on one site in the heart of historic St Albans. Friendly and supportive to our core, we are lucky to have a variety of skilled team members including Practice Nurses, Physiotherapists, a Mental Health Nurse, a Social Prescriber, and Health Coaches. We also have two in-house Paramedics for minor illnesses and home visits.

The Maltings is a long-established training practice hosting ST1s, ST3s, FY2s, and UCLH medical students. We love in-house, home-grown expertise and actively encourage the development of specialist interests and skills.

As winners of the Herts and West Essex ICB Digital Transformation Award 2023, we use Accurx to help us deliver GP led total triage efficiently each day, providing proactive, responsive care which means happy patients and happy team members.
