Company Description

Role Description

The Salaried GP will provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, management, and follow-up of a broad range of conditions in an on-site clinical setting in the United Kingdom. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also involves participation in routine administrative tasks such as repeat prescriptions, referral letters, and safeguarding documentation. The GP will contribute to practice meetings, clinical governance activities, and the implementation of evidence-based guidelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires effective collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified GP with MRCGP or equivalent and inclusion on the UK GMC GP register.
  • Eligibility for NHS performers list and right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing skills, with a commitment to safe, evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.
  • Competence in using electronic medical records and practice IT systems, with attention to accurate documentation.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in UK primary care or similar setting is highly beneficial; additional interests such as chronic disease management, minor surgery, or women’s health are an advantage.
