Background
A well-established primary care team in North Buckinghamshire is expanding, with multiple Salaried GP posts now open across a stable, multi-site partnership. This is a genuine growth opportunity rather than a single like for like replacement, reflecting rising patient demand alongside a growing, well-supported clinical team. GPs joining now have the chance to help shape their own working pattern from the outset, with a clear route to partnership available for the right candidate.
Location
The role is based across sites in North Buckinghamshire, within easy reach of Aylesbury (around 20 minutes by car), Milton Keynes (around 25 minutes) and Buckingham (around 15 minutes). The surrounding area combines semi-affluent villages with a market town feel, good road links and a strong sense of community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
