Job Summary

Exceptionally organised practice, with highly efficient processes, effective use of systems to ensure smooth patient journey. Incredible development opportunities, clinic includes 15 appointment slots total which are made up of 15 min appointments, 10 minute appointments and follow up appointments. Patient centric, with low levels of admin. Highly trained multi-disciplinary team. CQC rated Good.

Salaried GP – Walworth

Your role

  • 4 sessions – Mondays and Fridays
  • 15-minute appointments for a partial clinic
  • Low admin
  • Very low home-visiting
  • Realistic workload – 15 appointments per session, including pathology result slots.
  • Triaging hub of clinicians who manage ‘duty doctor’, ensuring all urgent queries, home visits and appointments are dealt with, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on the patients.
  • Triaging hub is not required for this role unless the GP has a desire to be on the rota.

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

You will also be supported with career progression, whether that is a clinical interest or if you have a desire to become a teacher or trainer. The surgery is also extremely low visiting for GPs, with ANPs and Physician Associates carrying out the bulk of visits.

Salary

  • £11,000 – £12,000 (experience dependent) + indemnity paid in full + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + BMA model contract
