We're looking for a 6 session Salaried Partner to join our supportive clinical team. Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred medical care through face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations.
- Assess, diagnose, investigate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in line with current evidence-based practice.
- Prescribe safely and effectively, making appropriate referrals to secondary care and community services where required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues across the practice to deliver safe, efficient and compassionate care.
- Contribute to the achievement of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services and other contractual and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of practice services, clinical governance, audit and quality improvement activities.
- Participate in practice meetings, significant event reviews and ongoing service development.
- Supervise, support and share knowledge with clinical and non-clinical staff where appropriate, contributing to a positive learning culture.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using the practice clinical system.
- Work in accordance with GMC guidance, NHS policies and practice protocols, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
- Joining as a GP with a view to Partnership, contribute to the ongoing development of the practice and, where appropriate, take an active role in leadership, service development and the future strategic direction of the organisation.

Qualifications
- Qualified GP
- Full GMC registration
- Performers List registration
- Appropriate defence indemnity
- Evidence of current validation
- Evidence of last appraisal
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
