The Role

We’re looking for a Salary Sacrifice Specialist to win and close business in the UK market.

You’ll bring expertise in Salary Sacrifice, with the ability to handle complex client requirements, structure solutions, and guide businesses and consumers through the process.

We’re launching a salary sacrifice programme in the UK with a globally recognised EV manufacturer creating a major opportunity to build and scale quickly. You’ll be supported by inbound demand, partnerships, and lead generation channels, alongside the freedom to build your own pipeline.

What you’ll do

  • Build and leverage your own network, introducers, or client base
  • Own and convert a B2B pipeline from first contact to close
  • Sell directly to decision-makers (HR, Finance, Directors)
  • Convert inbound demand into revenue
  • Guide consumers through the SalSac journey
  • Hit and exceed sales targets
  • Handle complex client queries and structure suitable solutions
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in UK Salary Sacrifice (essential)
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals and hitting targets
  • Experience generating pipeline (network, referrals, outbound)
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and objection handling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
