Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Assistant at SPAR Eastwall. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. You will assist customers, replenish stock, operate the till, and help create a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Replenish shelves and ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
  • Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and merchandising activities
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent shopping experience
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
  • Support other areas of the store as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
