💼 We’re Hiring: Sales Representative – Luxury Jewellery & Diamonds

Edenmark Creation is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who understands that luxury sales is not simply about selling a product — it is about building trust, understanding clients, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably within the luxury, jewellery, diamond, or related industries, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively building relationships with new customers and retailers.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients, understand their requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of Edenmark Creation.
  • Gather valuable feedback from retailers and understand their challenges, requirements, and pain points.
  • Work closely with our team to use customer feedback when developing new products and adapting our collections according to market demand.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Work effectively both remotely and alongside our on-site team.
  • Use Microsoft tools confidently for communication, reporting, presentations, customer information, and day-to-day business activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
