Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid/ remote Sales role based in Newport, Wales, United Kingdom. The Sales professional will identify and qualify prospective clients, primarily senior IT and business leaders, and promote CxO Institute’s events, membership offerings, and strategic engagement solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
- Delivering tailored presentations
- Negotiating agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Gathering feedback to refine offerings
- Collaborating with marketing and events teams to align sales activities with upcoming programs
- Providing post-event follow-up
- Supporting account growth
- Contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in B2B or professional services environments.
- Customer Service skills focused on building trust, understanding client needs, and providing responsive, solution-oriented support.
- Sales Management capabilities such as pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on offerings, value propositions, or best practices is beneficial.
- Experience selling to senior leaders or C-level executives, ideally in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Bristol Area and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software; familiarity with data-driven sales approaches is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
