Sales Account Coordinator

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading manufacturers in the health and wellness space to recruit a Sales Account Coordinator to join their expanding commercial team.
In this office-based role, you’ll be responsible for 30+ ambitious customers across the UK and internationally, helping bring innovative products to market at pace. No two days are the same. Priorities shift, new launches emerge, customers need answers and the business moves quickly.

What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for a diverse portfolio of customers
- Managing orders, enquiries and ongoing customer relationships
- Coordinating new product launches from concept through to delivery (project management)
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, NPD and Technical teams to keep projects moving
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class service at every stage
What we're looking for:
- Experience in any product-focused industry (not services) involving a commercial element, whether that's sales or customer support focused
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving
