The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Account Coordinator to help grow our wholesale business. You'll manage customer accounts, generate new business, prepare price lists, process orders, and provide excellent customer service. This role also involves developing new customer relationships, attending trade fairs, and visiting retailers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone, email and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Visit retailers and customers to present the McHugs range and build relationships.
- Represent McHugs at trade fairs and industry events.
- Prepare quotations, price lists and sales proposals.
- Process and coordinate customer orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding stock, deliveries and enquiries.
- Provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident building relationships with new and existing customers.
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused attitude.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (ERP/CRM experience is an advantage).
- Previous experience in sales, account management or customer service is desirable.
- Experience selling soft toys, toys, gifts or similar consumer products is a strong advantage.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs is preferred.
