Job Title: Account Director

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

The Company

A well-established and award-winning IT managed services provider is entering one of the most significant growth phases in its history, with ambitions to double revenue over the next three years. Operating across hybrid platforms, modern workspace, cloud, security, and managed services, the business has built a strong reputation with mid-market and enterprise clients and earned multiple industry accolades in recent years as recognition of its performance and momentum.

This is a business that invests seriously in its people. Commission is uncapped, OTE is substantial, and top performers are rewarded with genuine incentives, clear progression into leadership, and a culture that pushes for more. If you want to be part of scaling something, rather than maintaining it, this is the right environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Account Director, you'll take full ownership of both new business development and long-term account growth, acting as a trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise clients across cloud, infrastructure, security, and managed services.

  • Take ownership of new and existing accounts, introducing the full portfolio across cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, workspace, and services
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying and landing new logo clients through to expanding and nurturing long-term strategic relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client objectives, driving consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and vendor partners to position integrated solutions that solve complex business challenges
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline and accurately forecast performance and revenue across all solution areas
  • Sell comprehensive service solutions including cloud migration, global IT support, hardware, software, and managed IT services
  • Deliver a consultative, high-value sales approach that aligns managed services with client business outcomes
  • Meet customers, partners, and attend industry events to drive both new and existing business opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and CISOs across multiple business units

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
