We’re looking for a Sales Account Director to join our team in London and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Who We Are

Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company.

  • We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context.
  • Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience.
  • Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV.
  • We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.

Your Challenge

As Sales Account Director, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of media agencies and clients outside of London, driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to Independent agency structures and client needs.
  • Present and promote Seedtag’s contextual advertising solutions, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver top-tier client service and campaign performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead proactive, insight-driven sales initiatives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and accurately manage your sales pipeline.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency stakeholders, ensuring strong day-to-day relationship management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
