Role Description
The Sales Account Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives and managing key customer relationships within KOcycle’s sustainability-focused technology services portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting high-impact sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Overseeing end-to-end account management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
The role involves:
- Creating and executing business plans aligned with KOcycle’s mission
- Collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that maximise asset returns and support compliance
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects
- Monitoring market trends
- Providing accurate sales forecasting
- Representing KOcycle at virtual events and customer meetings to promote its B Corp™ values and sustainable offerings
Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in Account Management and Business Planning to drive strategic growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective Sales Presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex IT lifecycle and sustainability solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in technology services, the Channel, IT asset management, or sustainability-focused businesses is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-organisation, time management, and CRM proficiency.
- Alignment with KOcycle’s social responsibility and environmental sustainability mission is essential.
