Sales Executive (Media, B2B)
Eastbourne (Hybrid) 3 days office, 2 days WFH.
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (£68,000 OTE), paid monthly

Talent Hub is working with a global company with offices worldwide, their Eastbourne office is growing its sales team and looking for ambitious salespeople. They are looking for experienced Sales Exec’s passionate about media and B2B sales; keen to get on the phones, building relationships and turning leads into closed deals. This is a fab opportunity to work into smaller businesses with quick turnaround and high revenue results!

What you will need for this B2B Sales Executive job:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B Sales Executive role with a track record of both prospecting and closing, comfortable owning the whole process
  • Background in media, advertising, subscriptions, compliance, or similar regulated business sales sectors ideally
  • Experience in reaching high daily targets and KPIs
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Resilient, organised and driven by targets and reward
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce advantageous, but not essential

Key responsibilities for this Sales Executive include:

  • Proactively prospect for new business through outbound calling, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify and progress opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at smaller B2B accounts
  • With a consultative approach highlight the key benefits to the company and close deals independently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and activity
