About Ginai Pharmaceuticals
Ginai Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing UK pharmaceutical wholesaler supplying independent pharmacies and healthcare businesses across the country. We combine relationship-led sales with modern technology and a strong focus on customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our sales team.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of pharmacy customers. This is a fast-paced B2B sales role. You'll spend your day speaking directly with customers, developing relationships, identifying opportunities and generating profitable sales.
We aren't looking for someone who simply takes orders. We want someone who can build genuine relationships with customers, understand their businesses and become the person they want to call when they need stock. Your earning potential will be directly linked to your performance through our uncapped commission structure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
