Sales Account Executive – AI Insurtech | Commercial Insurance Remote UK | High-Growth AI Insurtech | Full-Cycle SaaS Sales | Uncapped Commission + Equity
The Opportunity
We're working exclusively with a fast-growing AI Insurtech that is changing how commercial insurance brokers identify, qualify and win new business. The platform provides real-time market intelligence designed to help brokers access better data, make faster decisions and identify new revenue opportunities.
About the Role
As the company continues to grow, they're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help scale revenue across the UK commercial insurance market. This is a genuine full-cycle new business role. You'll be responsible for creating your own opportunities, building pipeline and managing the sales process from initial prospecting through to commercial close. If you're a B2B SaaS seller who enjoys hunting for new business and wants to develop deep expertise within the insurance market, this is an opportunity to join an early-stage commercial team with significant room to grow.

You'll take ownership of the complete sales cycle across the UK commercial insurance market.

- Generating your own pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
- Identifying and developing opportunities across the commercial insurance broker market.
- Running discovery and consultative sales conversations.
- Engaging sophisticated insurance buyers, including brokers, underwriters and distribution leaders.
- Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
- Maintaining strong pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
- Developing a strong understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and your customers' challenges.
- Feeding market insight back into the wider commercial team as the business scales.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
Required Skills
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who knows how to create and close new business, rather than relying solely on opportunities handed over by a BDR or SDR team. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience managing a full-cycle sales process from prospecting through to close.
- A proven ability to generate your own pipeline and create new opportunities.
- Confidence running consultative sales conversations with sophisticated buyers.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- A commercial, curious mindset and an interest in developing deep insurance market knowledge.
- The drive to succeed in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience within insurance, Insurtech or financial services would be particularly valuable.
