Sales Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Account Executive based in United Kingdom.
Join a growing B2B SaaS sales organization and take ownership of the full sales cycle across the European market.
You’ll independently build pipeline through outbound prospecting while also converting inbound opportunities into new business.
From discovery and tailored product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, you’ll be responsible for driving deals from start to finish.
The role requires strong commercial judgment, confident communication, and the ability to handle objections effectively in live sales conversations.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own prospecting approach while collaborating with a distributed sales team to share successful strategies.
Success will be measured through consistent quota achievement, pipeline generation, and your ability to turn customer needs into compelling business outcomes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced SaaS seller to make a direct impact in a fully remote and international environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle independently, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting campaigns and consistent business development activity.
- Manage and convert inbound leads, assessing opportunities and moving qualified prospects efficiently through the sales process.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, business challenges, buying processes, and decision criteria.
- Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations, clearly communicating the value of the solution based on each prospect’s industry and specific requirements.
- Handle objections confidently and adapt sales messaging in real time to address customer concerns and move opportunities forward.
- Negotiate commercial terms and take ownership of closing new business.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and consistently prioritize opportunities with the highest potential.
- Collaborate with the wider sales organization to share successful approaches, insights, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
- Contribute to overall sales team performance by identifying what works and helping continuously improve sales processes and practices.
- Take full ownership of personal sales targets and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding quota.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of independently closing new business across the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing; experience limited to account management or lead generation alone is not sufficient.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and consistently delivering measurable revenue results.
- Excellent live-call performance, with strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to objections.
- Strong ability to conduct consultative discovery and connect customer challenges with relevant product value.
- Confident presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different industries, business needs, and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with persistence, initiative, and a clear focus on generating new business.
- Ability to independently build and manage an outbound pipeline while effectively working inbound opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process without close supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to share successful tactics and contribute to broader team performance.
- Based in Poland or Europe, with the ability to work effectively within European business hours.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed sales organization.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
