Sales Account Executive - Enterprise AI
Locai Labs Limited | London | Full-time
£35,000 base | £60,000 OTE | Competitive commission | Share options
Locai Labs Limited is the AI computer company based in London, building a new generation of enterprise AI infrastructure. We believe the future of AI will not exist only in large data centres and external cloud platforms. Increasingly, powerful AI will run inside the organisations that use it, in their own offices and environments, close to their people, data and intellectual property.
Our flagship product, Locai One, is an AI computer designed to make that possible. It brings high-performance AI inference directly into the customer’s own environment, enabling organisations to run powerful AI models locally rather than relying entirely on external cloud AI services.
We are now looking for an exceptional Sales Account Executive to help drive the next stage of our growth. We are offering competitive commission and share options, and we want someone who is confident in their ability to create and close business and who wants their rewards to reflect the value they create.
The opportunity
You will join Locai Labs Limited at an early stage and work directly with the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for building and closing enterprise opportunities across sectors where AI performance, privacy, resilience, intellectual property protection and knowledge sovereignty matter.
You will have considerable autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the sales strategy, messaging and commercial playbook as the company grows. This role will suit someone entrepreneurial who wants much greater upside and responsibility than a conventional corporate sales position.
Compensation
- Base salary: £35,000
- On-target earnings: £60,000
- Commission: Competitive
- Share options: Included
The £60,000 OTE reflects performance at sales target. The commission structure will be transparent, with clearly defined targets and increased commission rates for performance above target.
What you will do

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for

You should ideally have:
- A successful track record in B2B technology sales.
- Evidence that you can personally create pipeline rather than relying entirely on inbound leads.

- The ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High levels of initiative, resilience and personal ownership.

The sort of person who will thrive here
You may already be a successful Account Executive who feels constrained by conventional commission structures, an ambitious SDR or BDR who is ready to move into a closing role, or someone who has worked in an entrepreneurial technology sales environment and wants to join something much earlier.
What matters most is that you can find opportunities, engage customers, build credibility and close business. This role is unlikely to suit someone primarily looking for a high guaranteed salary. It is designed for someone who wants to back their own ability and participate directly in the value they help create.
Why Locai Labs Limited?
AI is rapidly becoming critical infrastructure for businesses. At the same time, organisations are increasingly asking important questions: Where does our data go? Who controls our intellectual property? How dependent are we on external AI providers? Can we run powerful AI within our own organisation?
Locai Labs Limited is addressing those questions directly. Our mission is simple: Own Your Intelligence.
We believe organisations should be able to bring AI in-house and retain control over their most valuable knowledge and intellectual property. As an early member of the commercial team, you will have the opportunity to help build that market and share in the upside if we succeed.
Location
London. We expect the successful candidate to spend meaningful time with the team and customers in person. This is not intended to be a fully remote role.

Apply through LinkedIn with your CV. As part of the application process, you will also be asked to complete a short form with a few written questions so we can get a better sense of you, your experience and what interests you about the opportunity.
