Account Executive / Sales Lead – TMT

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive / Sales Lead to support continued growth across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with an established TMT network and experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem to develop enterprise relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across ServiceNow and wider transformation services.

Working closely with leadership, consulting teams and the wider ServiceNow ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in developing strategic accounts, building a strong sales pipeline and progressing complex opportunities with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing enterprise relationships across TMT accounts.
  • Identify, qualify and manage opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Develop account strategies, sales pipelines and long-term growth plans.
  • Shape proposals, commercial models and value-led propositions aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Account Executives and Solution Sales teams to identify and progress opportunities.
  • Work closely with consulting and technical teams to develop solutions that address client challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce wider transformation services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client priorities and opportunities across the TMT sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
