UNBOXROBOTICS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED

Account Executive – UK & Scandinavia

Role Overview

We are looking for a UK-based Account Executive with strong industry understanding and consultative sales capability to help establish and grow our footprint across the region.

The UK will be the primary focus market, accounting for approximately 70% of the role, while Scandinavia will form the secondary growth region. The role requires regular travel across customer sites, industry events, and partner ecosystems within the territory.

The ideal candidate brings experience in technical B2B sales within logistics automation, robotics, intralogistics, industrial technology, or warehouse solutions. Industry understanding is considered more valuable than generic sales experience, as the role requires engaging in meaningful operational and technical discussions with experienced customers.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Development & Revenue Growth

  • Build and grow pipeline across the UK market while supporting expansion into Scandinavia
  • Own end-to-end sales opportunities from prospecting to closure
  • Drive new customer acquisition across logistics, e-commerce, parcel, retail, manufacturing, and 3PL sectors
  • Achieve territory revenue and pipeline growth targets

Consultative Technical Sales

  • Understand customer workflows, operational bottlenecks, labor challenges, and automation requirements
  • Conduct discovery discussions with operational, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop tailored automation solutions
  • Present ROI-driven proposals and business cases

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with channel partners, consultants, integrators, and industry stakeholders
  • Represent Unbox Robotics at trade fairs, customer meetings, and logistics events across the region
  • Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support strategic growth initiatives

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product, deployment, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Support communication of customer feedback and market requirements into the product roadmap

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, business development, or solution sales
  • Strong preference for candidates from:
    • Warehouse Automation
    • Robotics
    • Intralogistics
    • Industrial Automation
    • Material Handling
    • Vision Systems
    • Supply Chain Technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
