Sales / Account Management | SaaS / Technology | Cheshire | £25,000–£30,000

Are you looking to build your career within a growing SaaS / technology business?

We’re working with an exciting and established technology business in Cheshire that is looking to add a motivated, commercially minded individual to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, speaking with customers, and identifying opportunities within a fast-paced technology environment.

The Role

You’ll work closely with new and existing customers, helping to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing strong customer relationships
  • Identifying new sales and account growth opportunities
  • Speaking with prospective and existing customers
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
  • Following up on leads and managing opportunities through the sales process
  • Supporting customer retention and account development
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Keeping CRM systems and customer records up to date
  • Contributing towards team and individual sales targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially minded and motivated by sales
  • Confident communicating with customers and decision-makers
  • Ambitious and keen to develop a career within SaaS / technology
  • Naturally relationship-focused with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and driven
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Motivated by targets and achieving results

Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS, IT, or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous.
