Role Description
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bracknell, focused on driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Identifying client training needs
- Presenting suitable course solutions
- Following up on inquiries and leads

Key Tasks
- Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiating terms
- Closing sales in line with targets
Other Duties
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive service
- Coordinating with internal teams to schedule courses
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings to support continuous improvement in sales strategies
