Role Description
This is a full-time remote, national role for a Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will focus on managing and growing new and existing partner accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust. Responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular communication with partners and end-clients
- Delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Overseeing customer service interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Account Management
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in Channel and/or ITAD industries is a plus
