Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager at EIMS, you will manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for Microsoft-powered cloud, data, and AI solutions across the UK and Ireland. You’ll identify new business opportunities, run discovery calls, and negotiate complex deals with C-level executives, helping enterprise clients leverage cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and growth.

What You Will Do
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within target UK&I accounts through a mix of strategic outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Lead consultative discovery calls to uncover business pain points and present tailored Microsoft-powered digital, cloud, and AI solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through to proposal development, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining an accurate and consistent CRM pipeline.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales development or closing role, with a proven track record of engaging C-suite and IT decision-makers.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills as a native English speaker and exhibits a resilient, target-driven mindset necessary for high-volume outbound sales activity.
- Lives within a commutable distance of Bournemouth for a hybrid schedule and maintains a genuine curiosity for learning and growing within the tech sector.
