We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Bracknell. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored training solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing client accounts
- Generating leads
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional customer service
You will represent The Knowledge Academy's values and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
- Strong ability in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or training solutions
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, business, or a related field are an advantage
