Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will focus on managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead generation
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Providing superior customer service
- Developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Supporting their success

Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in the drinks or hospitality industry is a plus
