This is a full-time on-site role located in Glasgow for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also involves regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management
  • Experienced in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in sales, account management or a related field is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of the retail or marketing industries is a plus
