Sales Account Manager

Are you passionate about the amenity sector and looking to take your career to the next level? Do you thrive on building relationships with grounds maintenance contractors, local authorities, landscapers, sports turf professionals, and other amenity sector decision-makers?

We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable professional with a genuine passion for the amenity industry and a strong network of contacts to join our fast-growing team. Whether your background is in amenity sales, grounds maintenance, landscaping, sports turf, local authority services, or technical support, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Why Join Us?

We're one of the UK's fastest-growing and most innovative suppliers of professional pest control, vegetation management, crop protection, nutrition, and biological solutions. Renowned for our customer service and technical expertise, we continue to invest in our people, facilities, and product portfolio to support the evolving needs of the amenity market.

As a business, we're committed to sustainability, innovation, and delivering practical solutions that help our customers achieve the highest standards across parks, public spaces, sports facilities, commercial landscapes, and grounds maintenance operations.

What You'll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you'll engage directly with customers across the amenity sector, including grounds maintenance contractors, local authorities, landscaping businesses, sports turf managers, holiday parks, and facilities management companies. Your role will be to provide trusted advice, develop long-term relationships, and help customers maximize the value of our extensive product portfolio. Expect a mix of customer visits, head office collaboration, and remote working. You'll also represent the company at key industry events, demonstrations, exhibitions, and technical meetings throughout the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
