Join one of the UK's Best Workplaces in Tech 2026 and take your B2B sales career to the next level!

We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Systems Sales team.

About the Role

Account management at Novatech is about far more than high-pressure sales. You'll be supported with leads, realistic targets and an experienced team. You'll focus on building long-term customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and driving account growth through consulting customers on our industry-leading IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Base salary and targets are negotiable, depending on experience. We reward success and overachievement, meaning your earning potential is in your hands. With an uncapped commission scheme, there's no limit to what you can achieve.

As a guide, starting salaries for mid-level account managers can range from £30,000 to £37,500 per annum with a minimum OTE of £50,000 - £62,000 per annum. However, for experienced sales professionals, both base salary and earning potential can be significantly higher.

What you'll be doing:

Working alongside customers, vendors, technical specialists and our wider internal team, you'll help organisations solve business challenges through technology solutions while identifying further opportunities for ongoing account growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing customer accounts to achieve/exceed sales, margin and growth targets.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution development through to negotiation, close and ongoing account growth.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and technology requirements.
  • Delivering customer presentations, proposals and commercial discussions that clearly demonstrate value.
  • Working with technical specialists and vendors to develop customer-focused solutions and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, customer and forecasting information within the CRM system.
  • Conducting regular customer reviews and collaborating across internal teams to drive customer success and business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
