The Role: High-Impact Sales Executive
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive—someone who challenges norms, identifies opportunities others overlook, and drives profitable growth through customer transformation. This is not a typical sales or relationship maintenance position. We want a commercial leader who educates customers on their business needs, challenges assumptions, and positions innovative solutions for measurable competitive advantage.

Create Demand, Not Just Respond to It
- Identify unmet customer needs, emerging trends, and disruptive opportunities before competitors do.
- Lead insight-based sales conversations that challenge assumptions and redefine business challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on generating new revenue streams and market expansion.
- Build executive-level relationships to influence customer investment choices and shape technology roadmaps.
Drive Strategic Growth
- Aggressively pursue and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
- Expand share of wallet by identifying untapped applications and programs beyond the customer’s current scope.
- Lead specification and design-in efforts with OEMs, Tier suppliers, converters, and manufacturing partners.
- Direct growth initiatives delivering profitable revenue expansion and long-term strategic positioning.
Commercial Leadership
- Steer the commercial strategy for assigned accounts and territories.
- Counter pricing pressures through value-based selling instead of discounting.
- Lead complex negotiations and discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
Influence Across the Organization
- Be the voice of the customer while pushing internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Partner with product management, R&D, operations, and technical service teams to accelerate adoption and market success.
- Drive urgency and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
Market Leadership
- Become recognised as an industry expert in trends, competitive dynamics, and advanced technologies.
- Represent the company at events, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Spot market disruptions and position the company ahead of competitors.
