Sales Account Manager | B2B SaaS sales for Microsoft

📍 Location: Bournemouth, UK (Hybrid - 3 days Tue/Wed/Thu in the office + work from home Mon/Fri)

🎯 OTE Year 1: £47,500

Start: October/November 2026

About the Role

You'll be selling Microsoft-powered digital, cloud, data and AI solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Copilot), managing the full end-to-end sales cycle for target accounts across UK&I:

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Consultative Selling: Run discovery calls, uncover business needs and pain points, and present tailored Microsoft solutions to prospective clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage opportunities from first contact through to proposal, negotiation and close, partnering with technical specialists where needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including IT Directors and C-level executives, to drive long-term account growth.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in CRM and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Who Are You?

  • English is your first language (must have)!
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, business development, or a full sales-cycle closing role — any industry, tech experience not required.
  • Confident engaging and building rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, proactive and target-driven.
  • Genuine interest in technology, with a learning and growth mindset.
