Sales Account Manager – AI SaaS
Bournemouth | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
OTE: £47,500–£55,000 | Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a growing international technology business based in Bournemouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven B2B salesperson with SaaS experience to work on an exciting AI-powered Microsoft Teams solution, managing warm inbound opportunities and developing existing enterprise accounts.

There is no cold calling in this role – you’ll be working with inbound leads, product trials and existing customers, taking ownership of opportunities from initial conversation through to close.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying inbound B2B leads and converting trials into paid subscriptions
  • Managing and growing existing UK customer accounts
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Identifying upsell and account growth opportunities
  • Managing your sales pipeline and keeping opportunities moving forward
  • Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Previous SaaS sales experience is essential
  • Experience delivering product demos or presentations
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence managing customers throughout the full sales cycle
  • A proactive, energetic and results-focused approach
