Air Zimbabwe UK GSA | Simba Travel is a London-based General Sales Agent and travel organization representing Air Zimbabwe in the UK market. Role Description
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in London (Possible 4 days per week for the right candidate). In this role, the individual manages key accounts, builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies and other partners, and drives ticket sales and revenue growth for Air Zimbabwe.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and pursuing new leads
- Preparing sales proposals
- Conducting presentations
- Tracking performance against sales targets
The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, with experience managing client relationships and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Proven background in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in Lead Generation and sales development, including identifying opportunities and converting prospects into active accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in travel, aviation, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track activities, prepare reports, and manage client data.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in London and independently from home.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
